Booking

  • All purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable & non-shareable.

  • Please check class validity before purchasing sessions or packages.

  • For safety reasons, pregnant clients are not permitted to attend hot classes.

  • Clients must be 16 years old to attend our sessions.

Running Late?

  • New clients are kindly asked to arrive 5–10 minutes before the class start time to park and check in.

  • Clients arriving later than 5 minutes will not be permitted into the class. No exceptions.

Need to Cancel?

  • We maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure fairness and availability to all clients.

  • Any cancellations or changes made within
    24 hours = loss of credit.

  • No show = loss of credit.

FAQ and Answers

  • Our Heated Room is set to a steady35°C using infrared heat, which warms the body—not just the air. It promotes deeper mobility, more intense activation, and a detoxifying sweat without that overwhelming sauna feel.

  • We highly recommend booking in advance—classes fill up fast. You can book easily via our online schedule or app. If there’s space, you’re always welcome to drop in—but to secure your spot, book ahead.

  • The Heated Room is where we offer Mat Pilates, Barre, and Heated Yoga—all on the mat, all in the heat. The Reformer Room is unheated and features state-of-the-art Reformer machines for resistance-based Pilates. Both rooms deliver our signature burn—just in different formats.

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially if it's your first time. This gives you time to check in, get set up, and settle in before the sweat starts.

  • Even better. Our classes are designed to build mobility and strength, not to show off pretzel poses. You’ll improve your flexibility through movement, breath, and heat—one class at a time.

  • Just bring yourself and your drive.
    You’ll need workout clothes and grip socks – these are mandatory for hygiene and control (available for purchase at the studio).

    We provide a selection of cold drinks, water, fresh towels, and all the shower essentials you need post-class.

  • You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before class starts.

    Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a lost credit.
    If you're on an Unlimited Membership, a 25 CHF late cancellation fee applies.

    This policy helps us keep the schedule fair and accessible for everyone—thank you for understanding.

  • We do not recommend taking heated classes during pregnancy due to increased thermal and cardiovascular stress.

    However, you are very welcome to join our non-heated Reformer classes. Our instructors are happy to offer safe, supportive modifications tailored to each stage of pregnancy.
    Please consult with your doctor beforehand, and let us know you're expecting—we’ll take care of the rest.

  • We currently have two Cherry locations in Zurich:

    Enge — Heated Mat + Reformer
    Infrared-heated mat classes at ~35°C plus our Reformer experience.

    Seefeld — Unheated Mat
    Our signature mat classes in a non-heated setting.

  • Heated and unheated are different experiences — not different levels. Our heated classes use infrared heat (around 35°C) to create an immersive, high-energy environment. Our unheated classes bring the same intensity, precision and burn without the heat.

  • Yes. Your Cherry credits and memberships can be used across both locations unless stated otherwise.
